What Denver houses throw at you
Much of the metro's housing is 50 to 100 years old, and the plumbing shows it: galvanized lines narrowed to a pencil, original shut-offs that seize the first time anyone touches them, hose bibs that split because the hose stayed on through October. Newer subdivisions have their own pattern, usually a pressure regulator that fails after 10 to 15 years and sends water hammer through the house.

Do you charge a trip fee?
You'll know what the visit costs before we schedule it, and the repair price is quoted separately in writing before any work starts.
Where's my main water shut-off?
In most Denver homes it's in the basement or crawlspace on the wall facing the street, often near the water heater. Newer homes may have it in a utility closet or the garage. The meter pit by the curb has a valve too, but it takes a meter key. Find yours before you need it.
How fast can you get out?
Call or text and we'll tell you what the schedule looks like that day. Active leaks get priority. A fixture you can shut off at the valve can usually wait for the next open slot.
Should I try a chemical drain cleaner first?
No. Caustic cleaners damage older pipe and rarely clear the actual blockage. A slow drain is a drain cleaning visit.
