Mountainside Mechanical ("we") collects the information you give us when you call, text, email, fill out a form on this site, or book an appointment: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the work you need. We use it to respond to your request, schedule and perform the work, send appointment confirmations and updates, and invoice you.

Text messages

If you check the consent box on our contact form or book online, we may send you text messages about your request and appointments, such as confirmations, on-the-way notices and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We don't sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Who sees your information

We use Housecall Pro to run scheduling, invoicing and customer communication, so the information you give us is stored there. We don't sell your information. We share it only with services we use to run the business (scheduling, payment processing, email) and when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site keeps its own simple visit counts: which pages were viewed, how the visitor arrived (for example a Google search), the approximate city, the type of device, and taps on the call, text and booking buttons. It uses a random ID saved in your browser, not your name, and it does not store IP addresses or anything typed into the contact form. Nothing is shared with advertisers. Clearing your browser's site data resets the ID.
