Mountainside Mechanical is based in Denver, so most of what we do happens inside the city limits. That means a lot of older housing: brick bungalows and Denver Squares with original cast iron and galvanized water lines, 1950s ranches on slabs, and the wave of pop-tops and scrape-and-rebuilds that followed. Each era has its own plumbing problems, and we've worked on all of them.
Newer neighborhoods on the east side have their own patterns. Pressure regulators that fail around the 12-year mark, builder-grade water heaters reaching the end of their run, and remodels that want the kitchen sink somewhere it wasn't originally.
